As a supplier, we understand we play a critical role in making supplies available to customers during this unprecedented time.
We take this responsibility very seriously every day as we secure supply, and are working tirelessly to make sure that we do everything that we can to continue to supply our customers and protect the safety of our employees.
On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) officially declared the COVID-19 virus a pandemic as the number of people who have been diagnosed continues to increase.
Unfortunately as a result, customers may not be able to get enough supply from Premium Med Supply, as demand increases daily compounding the unprecedented global surge in demand. In addition to the increase in need, production delays from manufacturers in China continue to impact both current inventory and how quickly resupply can become available in our distribution centers.
We’re continuing to monitor the situation and proactively address issues as needed. We’re committed to getting critical supplies to customers who need them and are working with industry partners and government agencies such as the CDC, HHS, and FEMA to anticipate product needs.
As we continue to navigate through this challenging period, we want to specifically recognize the tremendous efforts of our critical employees such as those in our distribution centers and call centers who will continue coming to work to maintain services essential to the delivery.
In challenging times, we focus around our customers, one another and, in this situation, the role that we can play in helping our communities, our countries and the world. It’s what we do because it’s who we are. We understand we have an obligation to take these actions – and potentially others – to help mitigate the spread of this virus and the potential impact on the global community.
